Last year we encouraged customers from our Warrington and Harrow milkrounds, to donate any new/ gently loved toys. This was a huge success and we were blown away by their generosity.

We’re excited to announced that we are looking to roll this service out to all our customers in November.
This year we will deliver donated toys to local charity shops, most notably The MS Society charity shops in Altrincham and Sale.
The MS Society are dedicated to supporting the estimated 150,000 people in the UK living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and those who support them. MS is a debilitating neurodegenerative condition which can cause problems with the way someone moves, sees, thinks and feels. Symptoms are different for everybody and often invisible.
They offer a range of services to help support people to live well with MS, including our free MS Helpline which offers emotional support and information to anyone affected by MS. Across the UK our local groups bring people together to reduce isolation and offer events, exercise classes and support.
They also fund ground-breaking research into understanding more about MS and treatments to slow the progression and ultimately stop the condition.
They advocate for better access to treatments and raise vital awareness of the realities of living with the condition with those who need to know. We are committed to ensuring people who live with MS are heard through all aspects of our work, and we believe in our vision of creating a world free from MS.
Their shops give people an opportunity to find out more about MS and support the MS community.
Here’s how it will work
Between 3rd November and 9th November our Charity Toy Collection bags will be made available on the website and app. There is a small charge of £0.50p per bag. Simply add to your basket, check out and pay. It is essential you check out. Your bag will be added to your next regular order delivery.
Once you’ve received your bag, get busy packing it with amazing toys. We’ll come back and collect this on either Tuesday 11th November (if you have a regular delivery that day) or Wednesday 12th November (if you have a regular delivery that day). Please ensure the bag is placed out with your empties the night before these dates.

We will collate all the toys back at our depots, sort them and make sure they are fit for purpose. We’ll then make regular trips to local charity shops.
Where will the charge of the bag go to?
We will donate the total of bags bought, from a particular depot, to a local charity shop, alongside the toys.
