What is it?
For £2.50, you can add a Textile Collection Bag to your next order. It arrives on your doorstep just like everything else we deliver. You fill it with the clothes, fabric, and textiles you no longer need. And when it’s ready, we collect it, simple as that.
No special trip to a charity shop. No guilt about the bag of clothes that’s been sitting by your front door for three months. Just the milkman, doing what the milkman does.
Where does it go?
Your textiles are collected and recycled through Toys4Life, an organisation doing brilliant work to give unwanted items a second chance. Whether that means reuse, resale, or responsible recycling, nothing ends up somewhere it shouldn’t.
We’ve chosen to partner with Toys4Life because they share our belief that convenience and doing good aren’t opposites. You shouldn’t have to go out of your way to make a decent choice.
What can you put in it?
Pretty much anything fabric-based. Clothes, shoes, towels, curtains, bags. If it’s textile, it counts.

Head to the app, find the Collections section, and add a Textile Collection Bag to your next order. Once it arrives, fill it at your own pace there’s no rush. When you’re ready, just leave it out on your usual delivery day and we’ll take it from there.
