Here’s all you need to know about being an ambassador

Ready to spread the word and help people reduce plastic waste? Let’s get started! Here are some frequently asked questions for you to go through, as well as some of the nitty gritty details of the program. Ready, set, go!

How it works 

You’ll have your own unique code which you can share however you like. Customers who sign up using your code will be your customers, and you’ll be paid for those sales. 

What is the code discount? 

The code you’re given will be offering the new customers 50% off their first 2 weeks. Please note: for the code to be valid, they will have to spend a minimum of £3. 

 How much do I get paid?

You’ll receive £10 for every customer you sign up. The customer will have to have received at least 2 deliveries over 7 days.

Additional Bonus 

When the customer has been with us for 6 weeks (receiving a minimum of 4 deliveries), you’ll receive a £5 bonus.

How do I track my sales?

You will be given a weekly report to enable you to track your sales.

 Can I recruit my own team? 

Once you have reached 10 sales, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit your own ambassador team. Every time your ambassador reaches 10 sales, you’ll receive an additional £100.

How and when am I paid? 

You’ll be paid via bank transfer straight into your bank account. Payments will be received every 7 days. You’ll be responsible for your own taxes relating to these earnings as it will not go via payroll.
