To begin, please log in to your account.
- 1. Click on the person icon on the top corner of the screen.
- 2. Select ‘Orders and Delivery’
- 3. Select the delivery you have an issue with
- 4. Select ‘Report an issue’ (blue box).
- 5. Follow the questions asked in the ‘Tell us about your issue’.
6. You’ll be able to choose from having your order redelivered, or a credit to your account.
7. If your order is showing as skipped or rejected, you’ll already have received a credit to your account.
