- The prize draw run via Instagram is open to all UK residents except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- You must:
3.1 tag a friend in the comments on Modern Milkman’s Instagram prize draw post;
3.2 follow @modernmilkman_ and @pastaevangelists on Instagram; and
3.3 live in the Guildford catchment area (postcodes GU1 – GU4). - All entries must be submitted via the prize draw post on our Instagram account @modernmilkman_.
- The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 28 July 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 6 August 2023 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a Modern Milkman representative on 8 August 2023 (“Draw Date”).
- The winner will receive:
8.1 x1 £100 Deliveroo Pasta Evangelists voucher; and
8.2 a Modern Milkman hamper consisting of:
(a) x1 milk hut;
(b) x1 tote bag;
(c) x1 Caravan ground coffee;
(d) x1 packet of two pack triple chocolate brownies;
(e) x1 packet of two flapjacks;
(f) x1 Farmers crisps bundle (lightly salted, cheese and onion, sea salt and cider vinegar;
(g) x1 475g Yockenthwaite nutty spelt granola;
(h) x1 750ml bottle of Belvoir raspberry lemonade
(i) X1 750ml bottle of Belvoir elderflower cordial;
(j) x1 750ml bottle of dandelion & burdock soft drink. - The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 30 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to Modern Milkman.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Modern Milkman hamper is supplied by Modern Milkman and the £100 Deliveroo Pasta Evangelists voucher is supplied by Pasta Evangelists Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales with company number 10188849 and whose registered office is at 14 Bonhill Street, London, England, EC2A 4BX. Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Modern Milkman reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Modern Milkman’s privacy policy.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
