UK Prize Draw Terms – Month 4: Bristol Getaway for Two
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Modern Milkman Ltd and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Entry
Members of The Round membership scheme are entered automatically:
- Monthly subscription: one (1) automatic entry.
- Annual subscription: two (2) automatic entries. No purchase beyond an active membership is necessary.
How to Enter
All entries are generated automatically via The Round membership (no manual entry required). Only one entry per eligible subscription tier is permitted.
Opening and Closing Date
The opening date for entries is 00:01 1st of February 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 12.59 on 28.02.2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
Winner Selection
A winner will be chosen by random computerised draw of all participants on 28.02.2026 (“Draw Date”).
Prize
The winner will receive the “Month 4: Bristol Getaway for Two” prize package, which includes:
- Hotel Stay: Up to £200, provided as a Harbour Hotel gift voucher redeemable on a date of your choosing (subject to availability).
- Pigsty Voucher: £100, usable during your stay (subject to availability)
- Please note: any additional hotel or restaurant costs are payable by the winner.
Notification
The winner will be notified by email using the details linked to their Modern Milkman account and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner.
Prize Fulfilment
- Both vouchers will be sent via email or by physical post.
- Prizes will be sent within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
Non-Cash Alternative
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Substitution
Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Finality
The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
Winner Information
Modern Milkman will comply with UK requirements for disclosing prize-winner information. To request the surname and county of the winner, email [email protected] within one month of the closing date.
Acceptance of Terms
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
Right to Cancel or Amend
Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by negligence.

Governing Law
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
