The Real Cure
Nestled in the heart of Dorset, The Real Cure are award-winning charcuterie makers. Founded by James and Lucy in a garden shed, they craft exceptional cured meats using high-welfare, free-range meat and Dorset’s finest ingredients.
Their Fennel and White Pepper Salami, Dorset Chorizo Picante and Hartgrove Coppa are all firm festive favourites here at Modern Milkman. Perfect for your Boxing Day picky bits, New Years Eve spread or a quick snack whenever you feel like it! The Pickle House
Founded by Florence in 2014, The Pickle House is rooted on a family farm in Suffolk. Starting with experiments in pickle juice, Florence crafted unique unami-rich blends that quickly became a bartender favourite.
