Strawberry & Yoghurt Parfait


Ingredients
You’ll need a glass jar with lid. Anything will do, old jam jars or our Ann Forshaw’s yoghurt pots are perfect for mini breakfasts on the go. Enjoy and then rinse out to re-use.
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Kefir or Greek yoghurt
- Granola, nuts, or a topping of your choice.
The possibilities are endless with this, try different fruits and yoghurt toppings. Or why not try add a layer of honey or peanut butter? These are super quick to prep and you can batch prepare your breakfast for the week ahead.
Step 1
Combine strawberries and sugar in a small bowl and let stand until the berries start to release juice, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
To assemble parfait, layer yogurt and the strawberries with their juice in a container. Top with granola
Ice Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients
You’ll need a smoothie maker
-You could use our Iced Coffee Milkshake or Oato’s Ice latte or simply add some espresso to a milk of your choice.
-Banana
-Cocoa powder
-Ice
Instructions
Add iced coffee milkshake, cocoa powder, peanut butter, bananas and ice to a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
