1. Promoter
   This giveaway is run by Modern Milkman UK (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must be active Modern Milkman customers with a valid account at the time of winner selection and prize fulfilment.

3. How to enter
   To enter the giveaway, participants must during the giveaway period:

• Like the giveaway post
• Follow @modernmilkmanuk
• Share the post to their Instagram Stories for one additional entry (account must be public for the share to be visible)

No purchase beyond an existing Modern Milkman account is required. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry period
   Entries close at 23:59 on 17.12.2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Prize
   One winner will receive a Christmas Morning Breakfast Spread, which includes:

6. Winner selection & notification

• One winner will be selected at random on 18.12.2025 from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @modernmilkmanuk only.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize fulfilment

• The prize will be added to the winner’s final delivery before Christmas Day.
• Delivery will be to the address registered on the winner’s Modern Milkman account.
• No changes to delivery dates or addresses can be guaranteed once the prize is added.

8. Publicity
   By entering, the winner agrees that their Instagram handle may be announced on Modern Milkman’s social channels. No further publicity will be used without consent.
9. Data protection
   Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and prize fulfilment, in accordance with Modern Milkman’s Privacy Policy.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
