The prize draw is open to:  existing active customers of Modern Milkman (aged 18 or over) except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Upon purchasing All Things Butter from Modern Milkman (via your regular subscription) between December 2nd 2023 & December 9^th 2023, you will be entered into the prize draw (unless you inform us that you do not wish to be considered).

The opening date for entries is 08:00 on 2 December 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 20:00 on 9 December 2023.  Entries received after this time will not be considered.

If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering online, Modern Milkman does not take any responsibility and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a Modern Milkman representative on 11 December 2023 (“Draw Date”).

The winner will receive a gift voucher for a table of 2 at Straker’s Restaurant London worth £200 – must be used by 31/05/2024.

The winner will be notified via email (using details provided on entry) on the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 30 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be supplied to the winner within  14 days of notification of their win.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
