- 1 Bread Roll
- 2 Rashers of Bacon
- 2 Pigs in Blankets
- 1 Egg
- Smoked Chill Jam
- Butter
- Roasted tomatoes
Method
- Begin with cooking up your egg over a skillet over medium-low heat, until they are soft. Gently swipe your spatula across the pan when the edges of the eggs start to create soft curds.
- Next, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan until hot, add the pigs in blankets and cook for 5 mins, turning throughout. Then, add the bacon and cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
