On our milkround, Christmas comes early. Literally! Our early morning deliveries ensure you have everything you need for a holly, jolly, fa-la-la-la-labulous festive period. You know, without dashing through the snow to the ho-ho-horrendous queues and empty aisles at the shop…
Whether you’re returning home for the holidays or welcoming in loved ones with open arms (and a plate of mince pies), the doorstep is where Christmas begins. And we’re here to ensure you have a hassle and waste free festive period.
Here’s what you can expect from our milkround over the coming weeks…
Even Santa’s elves need a break
After a year of waste-fighting hard work, we’re giving our milkies a well-deserved rest on some of the dates leading up to and after Christmas. But don’t worry, that won’t mean you’ll miss out on fresh groceries!
Any orders set to arrive on non-delivery days will instead be combined with a separate date.
We’ve also given our milkies an extra day off on 27th December to say thank you for all their hard work, so any deliveries due on this date will be skipped and you won’t be charged.
For any delivery dates that feature in the right-hand column of the table above, you’ll have until 6pm (rather than the usual 8pm) the night before to add to or amend your order before it arrives on the updated delivery date. This is to give our milkies extra time to pick your produce, pack their vans, and have a well-deserved earlier finish during the holiday season.
If you see your milkie on their earlier deliveries on these dates, don’t forget to shout MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Preorder your veg
Avoid the sprout-rage and ensure there’s enough for everyone, without the headache of shopping lists and fighting in supermarket veg aisles.
Our Christmas veg box arrives fresh on your doorstep by 7:30am, and includes carrots, parsnips and brussels sprouts. And you can pre-order it to arrive fresh on your doorstep between 11th-23rd December.
Festivities are made to be flexible
Keep your fridge full of festivities and your cupboards crammed with Christmassy treats! Our flexible deliveries are the perfect way to stave off hangry guests. And thanks to our new simplified delivery fee, you can have an unlimited number of items delivered on up to three days per week for just £1.59!

My delivery has been moved to a different day and I no longer need these items. How do I stop them from arriving?
If you’re due a delivery on one of our non-delivery days – and don’t want these items combined with another delivery day – don’t worry. We’ve made pausing and removing unwanted items extra easy to reduce unnecessary food waste.
All you need to do is:
- 1. Head to the ‘Orders & deliveries” section of your account
- 2. Go to the delivery date
- 3. From here, you can pause, add to, decrease or remove any items.
How will I be billed for double deliveries?
For any deliveries that have been combined due to non-delivery days, we’ll charge for both deliveries in one payment. If you’d like to change, pause or amend your order before then, head to your account and follow the instructions above.
What Christmas products can I get delivered?
It’d be quicker to tell you what you can’t get delivered! Our sustainable scouts and talented tasters have outdone themselves this year, launching over 20 (yes 20!) new products and bundles for you to enjoy.

I’m away over the festive period. How do I skip a delivery?
The last thing we want is food waste, so we’ve made skipping deliveries as easy as polishing off a packet of gingerbread biscuits.
To skip or pause a delivery, login to your account and head to your ‘Orders & deliveries”. From here, you can select the items you want to pause, skip or increase the quantity of.
