Founded by former Groove Armada DJ Andy Cato and presenter George Lamb, Wildfarmed is on a mission to transform entire landscapes through regenerative farming. Their journey began with a realization that the current food system is the leading cause of soil degradation, water pollution, deforestation, and loss of wildlife. Regenerative farming emerged as their holistic solution – a way to grow abundant and affordable food while restoring and protecting wildlife. Wildfarmed flour is the result of unique biology-based cropping techniques that reduce chemical inputs and enhance the nutritional profile of the crops. Remarkably, for every kilogram of Wildfarmed regenerative flour produced, 2.8 kilograms less CO2 is emitted compared to conventional flour. Their flour is not only super tasty and nutritious but also better for the environment.

Known for their award-winning, deliciously regenerative cheeses, Golden Hooves uses 100% regenerative milk. Their cooperative of 700 family-run dairy farms employs agricultural practices that actively restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and reduce overall environmental impact. They continuously strive to make a real difference, utilizing pioneering science and data to measure their impact. As part of First Milk, they are B-Corp certified and were awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development in 2023.

Our Bertinet half bloomer sourdough range features sustainably grown wheat that is naturally packed with flavor and goodness. Great bread comes from great grains, which are grown in even better soil. These soils are nurtured by farmers who promote biodiversity in their fields, creating an important and delicate ecosystem that leaves the earth better than we found it, while also making incredible tasting flour.
One of the most exciting outcomes of regenerative farming is the increase in biodiversity. Wildfarmed has witnessed a 500% increase in invertebrates in their fields, with pollinators like bees thriving on the flowering cover crops. They’ve also seen the return of bird species such as the English partridge and woodcock. These thriving ecosystems are proof that regenerative methods work.
