UK Prize Draw Terms
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Upon following and completing the instructions set out in the Instagram post associated with this prize draw, you will be entered into the prize draw (unless you inform us that you do not wish to be considered).
- The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 24 January 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31 January 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
-  If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering online, Modern Milkman does not take any responsibility and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a Modern Milkman representative on 1st Febuary 2024 (“Draw Date”).
- The winner will receive Tefal Loft Kettle, Tefal Loft Toaster, 4 Tefal Ingenio Pans, Tefal OptiGrill, 1 packet of sausages, 1 packet of unsmoked bacon, 1 Islands Hot Chocolate Tin, 1 packet of Caravan Ground Coffee, 1 packet of Bird & Blend Dozy Girl Tea, 1 jar of Sauce Shop Tomato Ketchup, 1 jar of Sauce Shop brown sauce.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct message on the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 30 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be supplied to the winner within 14 days of notification of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The prize is supplied by Tefal and Modern Milkman. Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Modern Milkman reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Modern Milkman’s privacy policy.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
