UK Prize Draw Terms – Cream on Top
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who join The Round on an annual subscription during the entry period, either as a new customer or by upgrading from an existing monthly subscription, except employees of Modern Milkman Ltd and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
Customers who are already on an annual subscription before the opening date of the entry period are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
Entry
Entries are generated automatically based on how a customer joins or upgrades to an annual subscription during the entry period:
- Existing monthly subscribers who upgrade to annual: two (2) automatic entries.
- New customers who join on an annual subscription: one (1) automatic entry.
No separate action is required beyond joining or upgrading to annual during the entry period. Customers who remain on a monthly subscription without upgrading receive no entries. No purchase beyond an active annual membership is necessary.
How to Enter
All entries are generated automatically via The Round membership, based on the eligibility and entry criteria above. No manual entry method is available. Only one entry allocation per eligible customer is permitted.
Opening and Closing Date
The opening date for entries is 00:01 on 27th July 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 2nd August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen by random computerised draw of all participants on, or shortly after, 3rd August 2026 (“Draw Date”). There will be one (1) winner, who will receive all three prizes as a single combined prize package.
Prize
The “Cream on Top” prize package is a single combined prize awarded to one winner, comprising:

Notification
Winners will be notified by email using the details linked to their Modern Milkman account and must provide a postal address to claim their prize (where applicable). If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner.
Prize Fulfilment
- Vouchers and physical prizes will be sent via email or by physical post.
- Prizes will be sent within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
Non-Cash Alternative
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Substitution
Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Finality
The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
Winner Information
Modern Milkman will comply with UK requirements for disclosing prize-winner information. To request the surname and county of a winner, email [email protected] within one month of the closing date.
Acceptance of Terms
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
Right to Cancel or Amend
Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by negligence.
