- 1. The prize draw run via Instagram is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Participants must:
3.1 be an existing active Modern Milkman customer;
3.2 tag a friend in the comments on Modern Milkman’s Instagram prize draw post and mention their favourite Modern Milkman return and reuse product;
3.3 like Modern Milkman’s Instagram prize draw post; and
3.4 Follow @modernmilkman_ & @Sass Belle on Instagram.
4. All entries must be submitted via the Prize Draw post on our Instagram account @modernmilkman_.
5. The opening date for entries is 09:30 on 9 June 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59 on 16 June 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
6. Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a Modern Milkman representative on 16 June 2023 (“Draw Date”).
8. The winner will receive an assortment of seven Sass & Belle refillable jars and one Modern Milkman product of their choice listed at 8.3 below:
8.1 Sass & Belle refillable jars:
(a) 1 x big jar;
(b) 1 x medium jar;
(c) 3 x tiny jars;
(d) 1 x bottle; and
(e) 1 x straw to-go cup,
8.2 Modern Milkman products:
(a) Corn flakes;
(b) Choco pops;
(c) Rice pops;
(d) Instant coffee granules;
(e) Granulated sugar;
(f) Worship tea bags;
(g) Pineapple juice;
(h) Orange juice;
(i) Apple juice;
(j) Tropical juice;
(k) Cranberry juice;
(l) Salted caramel milkshake;
(m) Chocolate milkshake;
(n) Strawberry milkshake;
(o) Banana flavoured milkshake; or
(p) Iced coffee milkshake.
9. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 14 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The name, address, email address and phone number (where applicable) of the winner must be provided to Modern Milkman if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.
11. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of responding to Modern Milkman.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The prize is supplied by Modern Milkman and RJB Stone Ltd (trading as Sass & Belle), a company registered in England & Wales with company number whose registered office is at Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 8BE. Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Modern Milkman reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Modern Milkman’s privacy policy.
19. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
