1. The Promoter
The promoter is Modern Milkman (The Modern Milkman Ltd) in collaboration with Ooji Oats.
2. Eligibility
- Customer Status: This giveaway is open only to active Modern Milkman customers. Entrants must have a registered account and at least one active order placed before the closing date of 01.05.2026.
- Residency: Open to residents of the United Kingdom who live within Modern Milkman’s delivery catchment areas.
- Age: Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Exclusions: Employees of Modern Milkman or Ooji Oats, their family members, or anyone else connected with the drawing of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway via Instagram, users must:
- Follow both @oojioats and @modernmilkman_uk.
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Tag a friend in the comments section.
- Multiple entries are allowed via multiple tags.
- Sharing the post to Instagram Stories counts as one (1) additional bonus entry.
4. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a bundle consisting of:
- 10 x Ooji Vanilla Overnight Oats
- 10 x Ooji Blueberry & Spirulina Overnight Oats
- 10 x Ooji Spiced Apple & Almond Butter Overnight Oats
- 1 x Modern Milkman Large Doorstep Cool Bag
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Closing Date: Entries must be submitted by 23:59 on 30.04.2026.
- Selection: The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries on 01.05.2026.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @modernmilkman_uk account.
- Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
6. Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered during the week commencing 04.05.2026.
- Delivery is subject to the winner’s local Modern Milkman delivery schedule.
- Items will be delivered to the address associated with the winner’s Modern Milkman account.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
