Why are our milk huts so great?
We designed our milk hut to offer you a sustainable solution for safeguarding your deliveries. It keeps your items protected from pests and curious onlookers while helping to maintain a cool temperature overnight (when combined with a cooling device), which is crucial for dairy products in warmer weather. Our Milkies easily identify the distinctive hut, ensuring accurate deliveries and preventing any mix-ups with neighbours. It’s a practical and effective way to keep your milk and eggs secure, fresh and arriving only to you!
How can I get involved?
- 1. Grab pens, paints, pipe cleaners or any other crafting materials to let your artistic vision run wild. The only limit is your imagination, so don’t hold back! Dive into the project with enthusiasm and have fun bringing your ideas to life.
- 2. Once you have transformed your Milk Hut into a striking work of art, place it back in its usual position and snap a photo of your creation.

We’ll then share your entries with our trusted judging panel (our Milkies, of course), who will choose a final winner. We can’t wait to see what you have come up with to celebrate 3 years of milk huts! Hurry as entries close on 30 September 2024.

- Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. You must:
2.1 place at least one repeat weekly order with Modern Milkman during August and / or September 2024.
2.2 All entries must be submitted via [email protected] and only 1 entry per account.
3. The opening date for entries is 00:01 on 21 August 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 30 September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing a repeat weekly subscription order online, Modern Milkman does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. The winner will receive one year’s free supply of milk or oat drink (up to 4 pints per week) and a £75 Etsy gift card.
6. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at sign up) on the Judging Date (1 October 2024). If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 30 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The milk prize will be sent to the winner in accordance with Modern Milkman’s scheduled delivery operations beginning within 7 days of responding to Modern Milkman. The voucher will be sent to the winner by email (using details provided at sign up) within 7 days of response to accept the prize.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The prize is supplied by Modern Milkman. Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Modern Milkman reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Modern Milkman’s privacy policy
17. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
