Our 2025 Impact Report has landed. It pulls together everything we got up to last year in one place: the wins, the work still in progress, and the goals guiding us through the rest of 2026.
What 2025 looked like?
We re-certified as a B Corp, with our score climbing from 94.1 to 100.1. The assessment looks at our governance, our people, our suppliers and our impact on the planet. Thank you again to everyone who helped make this possible.
This was also the year we gave the brand a proper refresh, with a new vision and mission and a set of guidelines that now run through everything from how we talk to customers to how we welcome new starters.
On Trustpilot, the UK hit 4 stars for the first time. Over in the US, the score climbed from 4.3 to 4.7 across the year. Autumn brought the launch of The Round, our membership programme, which started as a pilot across four hubs before rolling out everywhere by December.
A few more worth a mention. We added 18 own label products, including a granola that’s now outselling everything else in its category. Our e-bike deliveries grew and through Pause with a Purpose, customers donated 21,600 products to community fridges rather than letting them go to waste while they were away. And the Virtual Pint scheme raised £17.3k.
Behind the scenes, we ran an impact survey across our supply chain, with 65 suppliers in the UK and US taking part on things like waste and how they look after their teams. We also set up a new Impact Team, looking after people, planet and partners, and most of what’s in this year’s report comes out of their work.
What we’re chasing in 2026
The report sets out where we’re headed next, grouped under the same three areas.
For our people: a smoother customer contact journey, a third version of our performance review process, and our first ever gender pay gap report.
For the planet: stopping 10,000kg of household waste from reaching UK landfill through Collections, plus more route optimisation and lower emissions from our logistics.
For our partners: a 0% landfill target with our UK salmon supplier, moving our jam supplier over to reusable glass jars, and hosting our second UK Supplier Breakfast, so suppliers can swap notes on what’s working and what isn’t.
There’s a lot more in there than we can fit into one post. If you fancy a proper read, you can download the complete 2025 Impact Report here.
