The ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make the culinary magic happen:
- – 70g of rolled oats
- – 240ml of oat drink
- – 1 tbsp of honey
- – ¼ tbsp ground cinnamon
- – 1 apple
- – A pinch of salt
- – 1 suitably sized jar (400-500ml).
The recipe
If you’re making this as a single serving, you can just mix all of the ingredients in one jar. If you’re making multiple portions, use a large bowl and portion into jars as desired.
- 1. Core and chop the apples into small cubes
- 2. Add the oats, cinnamon and salt together and mix thoroughly
- 3. Mix in the honey, cubed apple and oat drink until it’s all combined
- 4. Cover the jars and leave in the fridge overnight. 4-6 hours will be a-okay.
