1. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+ with an active “The Round” membership. Employees of Modern Milkman Ltd and their immediate families are excluded.
2. Entry: Members are entered automatically. Monthly subscribers receive one (1) entry; Annual subscribers receive two (2) entries per month. No additional purchase or manual entry is required.
3. Draw Dates: The draw opens on the 1st of each month and closes at 23:59 on the last day of that month. Late entries will not be counted.
4. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be chosen at random by a computerised process within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via the email linked to their Modern Milkman account.
5. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so results in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.
6. The Prize: Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Modern Milkman reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.
7. Delivery: Physical prizes will be sent via tracked delivery or included in the winner’s next scheduled Modern Milkman delivery. Delivery typically occurs within 14 days of prize confirmation.
8. Liability & General: * The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the draw if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
