UK Prize Draw Terms

1. 1. The prize draw is open to:  certain existing active customers of Modern Milkman serviced by the following hubs: Balmers; Preston; Guildford or York, except employees of Modern Milkman and any of its group companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

1. 2. Upon purchase of any of the following refillable products:
   • 2.1 Corn flakes;
   • 2.2 Choco pops; or
   • 2.3 Rice pops
2. you will be automatically entered into the prize draw (unless you inform us that you do not wish to be considered).

1. 3. The opening date for entries is 18:00 on 30 May 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 6 June 2023.  Entries received after this time will not be considered.

1. 4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, Modern Milkman does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Modern Milkman accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

1. 5. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a Modern Milkman representative on 8 June 2023 (“Draw Date”).

1. 6. The winner will receive a set of three x 1.8 litre glass storage jars.

1. 7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided on sign up) on the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Modern Milkman within 30 days of being notified by Modern Milkman, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Modern Milkman will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

1. 8. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of responding to Modern Milkman.

1. 9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

1. 10. The prize is supplied by  RJB Stone Ltd (trading as Sass & Belle), a company registered in England & Wales with company number whose registered office is at  Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 8BE (the “Supplier”). Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.

1. 11. The decision of Modern Milkman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

1. 12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Modern Milkman reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

1. 13. Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

1. 14. Insofar as is permitted by law, Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Modern Milkman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. 15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Modern Milkman’s privacy policy

1. 16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. 17. The promoter of this prize draw is Modern Milkman Ltd of 4th Floor 111 Piccadilly, Manchester, England, M1 2HY (“Modern Milkman”)
