
We’ve trimmed our 80s mullet and brought our desktop and mobile devices into the modern age. So the next time you log in to your account, you may notice a few changes that will make it even easier to manage your deliveries and combat plastic waste.
‘My Repeat Orders’ and ‘Order and Deliveries’
When you log in to your account, you’ll find the tabs on the side have changed. ‘My Orders’ has now changed to ‘Repeat orders’ and ‘Deliveries’ has changed to ‘Orders and deliveries’. It’s a small change to make it easier to see and manage your repeat orders separately from your one time orders.
Skip a Delivery
If you’re having trouble getting through your last order, or need a bit of a break, you can now skip your delivery on a one time basis.
To skip your delivery:
- 1. Log in to your account

- 2. Click on your profile icon
- 3. Press ‘Orders and deliveries’

- 4. Choose the delivery date and find the item you would like to skip
- 5. Press ‘Skip Delivery’ below the item

- 6. Choose which items you’d like to skip – if it’s a one time order, we’ll cancel it and if it’s a repeat weekly order, we’ll skip for the requested delivery.

- 7. Done!

Pause and Resume
Going on holiday? Don’t sweat it. Now, you can pause and resume your order with a click of a button.
To do so:
- 1. Log in to your account
- 2. Click on your profile icon
- 3. Press ‘Repeat orders’
- 4. Press the pause button on one or all of your items for up to four weeks
- 5. Sit back and relax!
Canceling
We’re here to make your life more convenient. Now, if you want to cancel a delivery (not including your final repeat order), you can easily do so from your account.
To cancel repeat orders:
- 1. Log in to your account
- 2. Click on your profile icon
- 3. Press ‘Repeat orders’
- 4. Click on the edit button for the item you would like to cancel
- 5. Follow the link at the bottom of the page to ‘cancel your order’ or ‘cancel my milkround’
To cancel one time orders:
- 1. Press ‘Orders and Deliveries’
- 2. Choose the delivery day for your one time order
- 3. Find the item and click the cancel button
We promise we won’t take it personally!
Cool box/Container
If you leave a cool box or container out to keep your products fresh and cool as a cucumber, it’s best to let our milkies know so they can place your delivery in the right area.
To do so:
- 1. Log in to your account
- 2. Click on your profile icon
- 3. Click ‘Edit account’ on the right hand side of the page
- 4. Scroll until you see ‘Do you have a Cool Box/Container?’ and click the button underneath so it says yes
- 5. Scroll to the bottom and hit Save
- 6. If the cool box isn’t in the same place as your normal delivery, please alter the delivery instructions to include where you’ve placed your cool box
