What to do with potatoes for a BBQ?
If you have leftover potatoes, this is the perfect way to avoid wasting food, as you can chuck a shedload of them on the BBQ. And best of all, this recipe is perfectly plastic free!
- 1. Create four slits in each potato and insert an onion slice into each gap, along with a teaspoon of butter.
- 2. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wrap your spuds in tin foil and place them onto your hot BBQ grill.
- 4. Grill for one hour (or until your potatoes have softened) with the lid down.
