1. The Promoter
The promoter is Modern Milkman Ltd of 4th Floor 111 Piccadilly, Manchester, England, M1 2HY (“Modern Milkman”).
2. The competition
2.1. The title of the competition is The Quenelle competition.
3. How to enter
3.1. The competition will run from 09:00 on 3 November 2023 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 19 November 2023 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2. All competition entries must be received by Modern Milkman by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the competition, entrants must attempt to create a quenelle at home using an All Things Butter product, upload the video tagging both Modern Milkman (@modernmilkman_) and All Things Butter (@allthings butter__) by the Closing Date.
3.4. Modern Milkman will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.5. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.6. The competition entries will be judged by a by a Modern Milkman representative based on the quality of their quenelle. The decision of the representative (acting reasonably) will be final.
3.7. Modern Milkman will send the full names of the representative to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the representative and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in Condition 1 from the Closing Date for a period of 30 days.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and above. Modern Milkman may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.2 Modern Milkman reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. The Prize
5.1. The prize for this competition is: a voucher for two worth £200 which can be redeemed at Strakers restaurant, whose address is 91 Golborne Rd, London W10 5NL, United Kingdom.
5.2. The prize is supplied by Modern Milkman. Modern Milkman reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Modern Milkman’s control makes it necessary to do so.
5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4. In order to receive the prize you must provide your name and postal address via Instagram upon request.
6. Winners
6.1. The winner of the competition will be notified via Instagram on 20th November 2023 (the “Announcement Date”).
6.2. The decision of Modern Milkman is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3. Modern Milkman will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, via Instagram.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1. Please allow 4 weeks from the Announcement Date for delivery of the prize.
7.2. Modern Milkman will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 14 of days of the Announcement Date, Modern Milkman reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.3. Modern Milkman does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1. Modern Milkman will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.
9. General
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Modern Milkman may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2. Modern Milkman reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
