How to make our BBQ potato recipe

- Create four slits in each potato and insert an onion slice into each gap, along with a teaspoon of butter.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap your spuds in tin foil and place them onto your hot BBQ grill.
- Grill for one hour (or until your potatoes have softened) with the lid down.
- Enjoy this carby delight!
