Fire up your forks, everyone, it’s time to add some sizzle to your scramble. From pan to plate, this Chilli butter scrambled eggs recipe brings the heat to even the chilliest of mornings.
So, if you’ve been looking for ways to start your day with spice and all things nice, here’s how you can get cracking.
What is chilli butter made of?
Chilli butter, an exciting and flavourful twist to regular butter, is primarily made of two ingredients: unsalted butter and chillis of varying strengths and colours. Some varieties of Chilli butter also include additional ingredients like garlic, lime, herbs or salt to elevate the flavour further.
For our Chilli butter and scrambled eggs, we’ve used ready-made flavoured butter from All Things Butter. The brainchild of TikTok’s King of Butter and well-renowned chef, Thomas Straker, this unsalted organic butter packs a punch. A fiery combo of cayenne, smoky chipotle, Turkish urfa and hints of honey and tamarind sweetness, it’s a hot addition to most dishes. You can even grab it for doorstep delivery on our milkround too!
